Aleksandra Pędraszewska Co-Founder and COO VividQ

Aleksandra is a Chief Operating Officer at a UK-based deep technology start-up VividQ, offering world-leading software solutions for 3D holographic display. She co-founded the company when completing her masters degree at Cambridge Judge Business School and has been involved in developing all commercial areas of the business. Today, Aleksandra heads up VividQ’s sales, marketing, and operations at the London office. She focuses on taking VividQ’s software to the market with pioneering hardware manufacturers, OEMs, and chipmakers, and on maintaining investor relations, having raised over £4m so far.

 Before, Aleksandra gained professional experience at Rolls-Royce, HBO, and IdeaLab Ventures. She was named on the Forbes & McKinsey "25 under 25" and Code First: Girls “Ones to Watch 2018” lists. Aleksandra facilitates the presence of Polish start-up network in London and promotes investment opportunities in CEE as a Head of Startups at PLUGin - a non-profit organisation building a community for "Poles without borders" within the innovation industry.
