Justyna Piwowarczyk Global Business Service Director Smith & Nephew

Justyna Piwowarczyk is a Qualified Certified Accountant with over 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience and an advanced level certified Agile Practitioner.

Justyna is currently leading Global Business Services centre in Wroclaw for Smith & Nephew a FTSE 100 UK medical devices company. Centre is a combination of various functions including Finance, HR, IT, Order Management and others delivering services for European art of Smith & Nephew business. Wroclaw Centre is one year old, employing 250 people and currently undergoing next stage of service transformation and centralization, growing towards the size of 400 people and Centre of Expertise role.

Justyna’s capabilities include Delivery Management, leading Transition and Transformation programmes, Process Improvement and managing BPO/SSC centre. Prior to her current job she was working at Capgemini on various roles, spending more than 7 years within Business Transformation Team delivering, among others a strategic M&A project expanding the BSv Global Delivery Network into Omsk. She has experience of 20+ clients portfolio from various sectors like pharmaceutical, manufacturing, logistic and FMCG. Leaving Capgemini she was a centre director for Poland and Russia with centre size close to 5000 people.

She is a goal-driven leader who maintains a positive work environment and motivates and coaches her team to meet high performance standards.   

Justyna holds a BBA in Management from AGH University of Science and BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics in Krakow, Poland, an MBA in Finance from the National Louis University in Nowy Sacz, Poland, and is a Certified Accountant. Justyna is interested in sociology, likes to run in her spare time and read crime stories.
