Michel Stokvis Managing Director of Talent Innovation Center Randstad Sourceright

Michel Stokvis is the managing director of Randstad Sourceright’s global Talent Innovation Center. With more than 20 years in the industry, he has deep experience in RPO and MSP solutions, having served on both the client and provider side. His previous roles have spanned across numerous global markets and provided an opportunity for him to work with a variety of companies in many sectors, including HR services, management consulting and logistics across Europe, Asia and the U.S. market. 

As managing director of Randstad Sourceright's Talent Innovation Center, Michel and his team are driving the service expansion and value of our RPO, MSP and integrated talent solutions. Unleashing the power of transforming data into insights and the rapid adoption of HR technologies are some of the key themes in his world today. Michel is working closely with the Randstad Innovation Fund, driving a portfolio of 15+ strategic HR technology investments that enable our tech and touch strategy around the world. Besides his role within Randstad, Michel is also a member of the World Employer confederation (WEC) MSP board.
