Joanna is a Global Delivery Manager for one of the Software & Platform accounts at Accenture Operations. She has been with the firm since 2012, holding various local management roles before moving to her global role in 2017. In 2016 she was offered the opportunity to build the Accenture Pride Network in Poland; since then she has held the role of Pride Network Lead for Accenture Poland and is responsible for driving the Polish I&D agenda in terms of LGBT+ issues.
