Jack is an Executive Director in Human Resources at JPMorgan Poland Services. He has been in Warsaw since February 2018, helping build out JPMorgan’s presence in Poland. In addition to his HR responsibilities, Jack also serves as the head of Diversity & Inclusion for JPMorgan Poland Services, and co-leads PRIDE, the office’s LGBT+ Business Resource Group.
Prior to his assignment in Warsaw, Jack worked in HR Employee Relations in the U.S. for JPMorgan for almost five years. Before moving to Poland, Jack served on PRIDE’s Board as the Advocacy Committee Co-Chair for two years.
Jack joined JPMorgan after 15 years in various HR functions at large law firms in the New York and Washington, DC. He holds dual Bachelors Degrees in American Studies and Spanish from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA and HR accreditations from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
Jack is a Masters Swimmer who has participated in LGBT swimming events in Paris, Stockholm, Seattle and New York City. Since moving to Poland, he has joined the Warsaw Masters Swim Team. Jack moved to Poland with his husband, James, and their French Bulldog, Radar.
