Guzmán de Yarza Blache EMEA Head of Workplace Strategy JLL

Guzmán de Yarza is a PhD architect with more than 15 years of experience in the field of architecture, design and consultancy.

He is currently the EMEA Head of Workplace Strategy at JLL, a position from which he is helping large, international corporations evolve into the New Ways of Working and implementing agility throughout their portfolio.
Guzman is currently heading a team located in 12 different countries, and has worked internationally with companies, both public and private, such as HP, Pepsico, Amazon, Groupe Renault, WTW, Zurich Insurance, REPSOL, IBM, MSD, Ericsson or the Catalan Government, among many other.

As an architect, his works have been awarded internationally, and his projects have been published in several architectural magazines around the world.

Guzman is also a scholar and a frequent speaker in different international symposiums. As a scholar, he is the Founding Academic Director and Professor of the Master in Strategic Design of Spaces at the IE School of Architecture and Design, an international renowned graduate school based in Madrid belonging to IE Business School. The Master in Strategic Design of Spaces is an graduate program designed in partnership with the Helen Hamlyn Center of Design in London, which has put together some of the brightest minds of workspace design into a unique  academic program that is educating professionals in the design strategies of the spaces that foster innovation.
