Emilia is currently in the role of P&G Global Shared Services and IT Head with responsibility for 9 countries in Central Europe with over 2000 employees, with the responsibility for developing IT Services Strategy.
Emilia is the Central Europe Digital Innovation Leader working with Innovation ecosystem (Start-ups, Government and Industry Shared Services) with the objective to develop IT innovation, leveraging AI, Machine Learning, Automation, to develop the Consumer Facing Solutions or drive employees productivity. She is also part of the IT for SHE Program, acting as a Mentor for young IT students.
Emilia has worked in IT industry for over 12 years and holds a Warsaw School of Economics post Graduates Degree, Cracow University of Technology Master Degree, University of Abertay, Scotland Bachelor’s Degree with Honor
