President of the board (CEO) and Director of Digital Industries at Siemens Sp. z o.o. Before that, the company's financial president (CFO). Associated with Siemens for almost 25 years. Graduate from the Foreign Trade Faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics and from the IESE Advanced Management Program in Barcelona. Economist by choice, yet humanist by nature. Actively advocates the approach of diversity, sustainability, inclusion and empowering of women in science and business (esp. in technological sectors). Passionate about inclusive management and CSR. Prefers actions over words purposefully engaging herself in activities which are compatible with her principles and values, ex. as the president of Responsible Business Forum (FOB), member of Eurobank Supervisory Board and of the Board at the Confederation of Private Employers ‘Lewiatan’, chairwoman of National Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications (KIGEiT), member of the Accessibility Council appointed by the Minister of Investment and Economic Development. In April 2019 appointed by the Senate of Warsaw University of Technology to the University Council.
