Claudia has been working in the staffing industry for over 10 years. She started as a Senior Recruitment Consultant working with Sales professionals in ICT and Pharmacists in the Life Science sector. After 5 years, she joined the contingent workforce management field as an Operations Manager and helped companies like Mastercard and Baxter implementing and managing their programs across Europe. She recently joined the HR team in UCB as the Operations Excellence Lead for their integrated talent acquisition department.
