Agnieszka Dziewulska Head of Human Resources GBS Poland Standard Chartered

As of January 2019 Agnieszka is heading the HR function for Standard Chartered Poland. She enables the Leadership Team driving the people agenda across all business units in a growing Hub.

Agnieszka has been in HR leadership positions in global corporations for nineteen years. At the start of her professional journey she supported the acquisition team in GE in their Eastern European projects, to further lead HR for the Polish geography in GE Global Consumer Finance. In 2004 she joined HP as County Head of HR and was part of growth for Hewlett Packard in Poland for close to a decade. She held serval leadership positions in that being responsible for Executive Leadership Development and Restructuring at HP across EMEA. In 2014 Agnieszka joined IBM in the capacity of HR Director for Poland and Baltic States, holding responsibility over core IT business as well as Shared Services Center.

Agnieszka has sound knowledge of labor law and in depth experience in M&A’s. She has experience in labor relations across major European markets. She holds a Masters Degree in Management and Administration. She is bilingual.
