Agnieszka Pocztowska is the General Manager of Shell Business Operations in Kraków. Shell's rapidly growing business operations center currently employs over 3,700 people of 50 different nationalities.
Agnieszka Pocztowska joined Shell in 2008 as one of the first employees of the newly established international Customer Service Operations department in the Kraków office of the concern. She is known for her active support of leadership development in the company. Agnieszka is also involved in activities for Gender Balance - an initiative supporting a balanced representation of both genders in the company's structures.
Prior to joining Shell, Agnieszka worked for one of the world's largest printing companies. She was responsible for managing production, customer service, and supply chain for leading telecommunications and technology companies. Agnieszka worked with such brands as Nokia, Intel, HP, Dell, and Adobe.
She is a resident of Kraków. Agnieszka is an alumnus of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University, where she graduated in the fields of Management, Integration and European Culture.
